SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing KONIQ. We are committed to delivering your order with precision, reliability, and full transparency.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details within 24–48 hours.


Shipping & Delivery

We offer free tracked shipping on orders to most destinations worldwide. Shipping rates for certain international regions are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery: 6–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, and external factors beyond our control, including customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, local public holidays, and peak shipping seasons.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, and selected international destinations. We are continuously expanding our coverage — check back regularly or contact us at support@koniq.co to enquire about your region.


Tracking

All orders include tracked shipping. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.


Multiple Shipments

As we work with multiple warehouses, some orders may arrive in separate shipments. Tracking details will be provided for each shipment where applicable.


Customs & Import Duties

For most orders within our primary shipping regions, taxes and duties are handled in accordance with local regulations. Customers in the UK and EU may be subject to VAT or import duties upon delivery, depending on the order value and local regulations. For shipments outside our primary regions, any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, local public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@koniq.co. Our team will investigate promptly. In the event of a confirmed lost shipment, KONIQ will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
