RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At KONIQ, we are committed to delivering a premium experience from purchase to post-delivery support.


30-Day Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the product description, you may contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.


How to Submit a Request

To submit a return or refund request, please contact us at support@koniq.co with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the problem

Requests submitted without supporting evidence may not be eligible for resolution.


Returns

If a return is required, the following conditions apply:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging
  • Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item
  • Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will prioritise your request and resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.


Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
